Dr. Kaur was born and raised in the greater Washington D.C. area. She attended George Mason University where she graduated with a B.S. in Biology with Honors. Dr. Kaur then earned her DPM degree at Temple University. She went on to complete a three-year Reconstructive Foot & Ankle Surgery residency at Crozer-Chester Medical Center, one of the premier residency programs in the greater Philadelphia region. She has spent time training at the International Center for Limb Lengthening at Sinai Hospital as well as at the offices of Dr. Cohen, the Podiatrist for the Philadelphia Eagles.

Dr. Kaur holds a strong commitment towards patient advocacy and empowerment, and improving patient quality of life through first-rate treatment and prevention techniques. In her free time, Dr. Kaur enjoys physical fitness, local community-based events, spending time with her family, and traveling. Dr. Kaur is also fluent in Hindi, Punjabi, and Urdu. She is grateful to be back home and able to serve the community in which she was raised.
